Who are Martha Jackson?
Martha Jackson is a UK-based brand specializing in high-quality, beautifully designed sterling silver jewellery. We are a small team of close-knit individuals based in Bristol.
Where is your jewellery made and how have you found suppliers?
At Martha Jackson, we have built a wonderful network of makers, jewellers, and designers. We take great pride in trading fairly and understand that collaborating with our network of creators, spanning from Italy and Poland to Thailand and Bali, brings you better prices, superior quality, and unique designs
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
All MJ jewellery is marked with a 925 stamp to show its authenticity as 925 sterling silver. All items that weigh over 7.8g will also be hallmarked in the UK by Birmingham Assay Office.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our jewellery is crafted primarily from sterling silver. Some pieces also include 18 carat gold plating, precious stones, or other high-quality materials. Each product description includes detailed information about the materials used.
How do I care for my Martha Jackson jewellery?
We have a blog post explaining this in detail here. A few top tips are:
– Avoid exposing it to chemicals, perfumes, or lotions.
– Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
– Clean with a soft cloth to remove tarnish and dirt.
– Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or box to avoid scratches.
Orders & Payments
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all items come in beautiful gift wrapping to make your gift extra special. You can also add personalized gift messages which we will handwrite for you.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are a great option if you are not quite sure of someone’s style or size. Our gift cards are personalised and sent in an envelope, or we can send these digitally if you would prefer.
How do I contact customer service?

Can I place my order over the phone?
Sadly, we are unable to take orders over the phone, as this is a breach of our GDPR data protection. Please do give us a ring if you are struggling to place an order online and we will always assist you.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address at checkout?
If you have added the wrong delivery address, please send us an email ASAP. If your order has not been dispatched, we will normally be able to amend this before shipping. However, if the order has been processed, we will need to wait for this to be returned by royal mail before reshipping this to a different address.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with us ASAP. If this has not yet been processed, we will normally be able to arrange this for you. If you get in touch too late, we’ll be able to assist you with a return and refund instead.
How do I know my ring size?
We always recommend that you have your finger measured properly, especially when ordering an engraved ring. We do have a ring sizer available which can be found here, and we have a ring size guide for your information.
Do you offer personalized jewellery?
Yes! We offer a variety of personalized jewellery options, including engraved pendants, rings, and more. Simply choose the personalization option on the product page and follow the instructions to create a unique, meaningful piece.
Do you offer a photo fitting service for your lockets?
Sadly, we do not offer this service but are happy to help with tips on how to do this well at home.
Shipping & Deliveries
What are your shipping options?
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:
– Standard UK Delivery: Free on all UK orders, typically delivered in 1-3 working days.
– Next Day UK Delivery: Available for £6.95, with orders placed before 2 pm (weekdays only)
– International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination, but this takes approximately 20 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to track your order’s progress.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, for personalized items there is an £8.00 refund deduction for engraving fees.

What is your warranty?
We offer a twelve-month warranty on all our jewellery. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered in this time and we’re committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost. Please contact us if you have any questions about warranty and what is covered.
