Our Sterling Silver Self Care Spinner Ring is a perfect piece of self-care jewellery. This year we're taking care of ourselves and looking great doing it! Did you know that the spinner ring is said to have come from ancient Tibetan Meditations? Just spin the bands to relieve stress and anxieties for a minute. Maybe you find it hard to sit still or work without doodling, either way fidgeting never looked cuter. A great gift to promote your own self-care, or send to a dear friend in need of support. As you’d expect from Martha Jackson, our sterling silver self care spinner ring is made from premium recycled sterling silver and 18ct gold. Gifting should be easy, so we've done all the hard work. And because we want to be kind to your skin, they are nickel free and hypoallergenic. All our jewellery comes Gift ready. Refine the art of gifting with Martha Jackson.
