Since Neolithic times amber has been highly desired due to its colour and natural beauty. Amber is made from fossilized tree resin and can sometimes contain small insects and animals. It can very much been seen as nature's time capsule. It's ability to preserve material has given modern day scientist not only detailed information about insects and creatures alive millions of years ago but also historic climate information for the regions in which the amber has been found.

Our amber jewellery features fresh and contemporary designs using the finest Baltic amber. Baltic amber ranges between 35 to 50 million years old, the darker the amber the older it is. It was so highly valued that the Vikings, who called it Baltic gold, used it as a currency similar in value to actual gold.
