How to master the layered necklace trend

Posted on April 09, 2015 by Lisa Mahoney | 0 Comments

We are obsessed with the layered necklace trend here at Martha Jackson. But how can you wear it without looking OTT or like you're 'trying too hard'? We really like these combos for an elegant take on the trend:

1. Oh, our silver fern necklace looks glorious strung delicately on a long chain beneath our silver lily flower. Even if we do say so ourselves.

 2. Layering and mixed metals go together like peanut butter and chocolate (that was painful to write after a VERY happy Easter weekend...). We love the contrast of our silver geometric star (long chain) beneath the gold vintage oval locket. And what's that at the top there? Why, that would be one of our upcoming products (you can sign up to our MJ Club newsletter to keep an eye on new product launches).

 3. We're reeeeally trying not to get distracted by our model's beautiful blouse, but we love how graceful our silver art deco triangle and art deco diamond (long chain) look together. Simple yet effective.

Which of these looks would you pick? Let us know in the comments.
