Always wanted to learn what each chakra represents? We have put together small descriptions for each one below for Your Chakras Explained 

Each chakra represents an energy center in the body, and having open chakras means that energy can run through them freely. When your chakras are aligned, harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit 🌱

Crown Chakra

The crown chakra represents our ability to fully connect spiritually. If you are able to full open your crown chakra, you will gain access to a higher consciousness. 

Third Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra controls our ability to see the bigger picture and connect to our own intuition. The higher up the body we go, the closer we reach to communication with the divine. Think of this chakra as the eye of your soul.

Throat Chakra

Our throat chakra controls our ability to communicate our feelings and personal thoughts. When it is open it allows us to express ourselves clearly and truly. If your throat chakra is blocked you might find it hard to find the words to express how you truly feel.

Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is a bridge between all of our chakras. This can influence our ability to give and receive love from others, and how we self love. Someone with a blocked heart chakra will have difficulty fully opening up to the people in their life. If it is open, they will be able to love deeply and empathetically.

Solar Plexus Chakra

Our solar plexus is the third chakra, and speaks to your ability to be confident and in control of your life. If your solar plexus is blocked, you may feel anxiety and self-doubt. Those with open sacral chakras are free to express their true selves. 

Sacral Chakra

Our sacral chakra helps to inform how we relate to our emotions and the emotions of others around us. This also is in relation to our sexual and creative energies. With a blocked sacral chakra this could feel like losing control of your life.

Root Chakra

The root chakra represents our foundation. This sits at the base of the spine and gives the feeling of being grounded. When this chakra is open we are confident in our ability to overcome challenges and stand on our own. If this is blocked we can feel unstable and at risk.
